Best ATX/mATX case in the price range of 80-85 dollars.

What are some really good cases with decent airflow in that price range? Besides the Phanteks P400A, of course.

don't some things look better when they are lowercase?

The 275R Airflow is around $80 afaik and comes with two 120mm fans included.

Oh, that's a shame.

How about the P300A? Though you'd need to throw in a couple 120/140mm intakes in the front, since it only comes with one fan by default.

And the 275R I mentioned earlier.

I might consider the 275R if I don't get a better recommendation. Also, quick question, do all of Corsair's fans work with the commander pro or only certain ones? I'm asking because my mATX motherboard only has like only case fan header.

Corsair doesn't seem to mention specific fan models that would work with the Commander Pro, so I would imagine that you can just plug any fans you want in.
