So if you want to go high-end without spending  "BFGD" money, all 2019 LG OLED TVs support VRR and Gsync @ 120hz.

2020 LG OLED models support VRR, GSYNC, and Freesync @ 120hz.

I have a 4k Samsung NU8000 from 2018 that also supports 4k @ 120hz, and most of Samsung's current TV lineup supports 4k VRR @ 120hz (but not GSYNC)

Basically, you have a lot of options.

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x3D || GPU: Gigabyte Windforce RTX 4090 || Memory: 32GB Corsair 3200mhz DDR4 || Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk || SSD1: 500 GB Samsung 850 EVO M.2 (OS drive) || SSD2: 500 GB Samsung 860 EVO SATA (Cache Drive via PrimoCache) || Spinning Disks: 3 x 4TB Western Digital Blue HDD (RAID 0) || Monitor: LG CX 55" OLED TV || Sound: Schiit Stack (Modi 2/Magni 3) - Sennheiser HD 598, HiFiMan HE 400i || Keyboard: Logitech G915 TKL || Mouse: Logitech G502 Lightspeed || PSU: EVGA 1300-watt G+ PSU || Case: Fractal Design Pop XL Air

I don't know of a place where they are all listed. Here's a site that lists the "best" of them, though.

Whatever you think about getting, be sure to post it either in this thread or another one so we can verify that it's a true 120hz panel, and not some motion interpolation crap.

Well I'm not planning on getting one right now only when my tv breaks (but if it isn't 120hz then wouldn't it be black screen when I select 120hz?)

If the TV can't accept a 120hz signal, it won't display it, and it shouldn't be an option.

However, that doesn't stop some TV manufacturers from advertising "120hz motion rate" or other nefarious verbiage. There are TV's, such as the LG OLEDs, which are Native 120hz 4k TVs, but not all TVs by all manufacturers are.

Well the xbox always shows the option but if it isn't 120hz then it won't display, Btw is the Samsung 55" TU7175 4K UHD Smart-TV UE55TU7175 120hz or just 60?

Specs on that page say it's a 60hz TV.

That's the catch. There isn't a "cheap" 120hz TV at the moment. I bought my Samsung NU8000 2 years ago, and it cost around $800 at the time. Honestly, I can't find a comparable TV with 120hz at that price point.

The Samsung Q70T does 120hz, but that TV is not "cheap". It starts at $1000 here in the USA. The model below that (Q60T) is a 60hz TV.

all tvs "cheat" in some ways to achieve 4k 120hz hdr at a lower cost, so you have to choose whether size, refresh rate, colors, oled, hdr, price is most important for you, I think samsung managed to make qled look "good enough" over LG oleds, but there's still a difference if they are on display side by side (costcos in the US). I haven't kept up with my research on TVs but i'd recommend looking at them in person.

I have a 65" Samsung Q70 2019 and it's a sweet TV. 120hrtz and 1ms response time when game mode is turned on. You can get that for right about $1k, but be careful, the 2020 Q70T models are Edge lite, not back lighted like the 2019 Q70.
