GPU?

Hi , i had been using a r9 290x , 3 days ago after i finished playing i just closed the computer , after 20 mins i wanted to see a movie and opened the computer . What i saw was a black screen , my gpu's fans were running but it showed no display .

what i tried : gpu 2 mobos , new rams (tried 12 sticks)  2 different PSUs 2 monitors . what i ve achieved : if i run with the r9 my keyboard and others work , they light , before the keyboard and the headsets wouldnt work . tried an another gpu , old but still gpu and everything was fine . tried to boot in safe mode , fast boot off , cms on of course new cables . both monitors worked on the old gpu ( older than r9 ) . i couldnt use the setup i had for almost a year , after reusing it i saw that some usbs were not working and while using the r9 i had no intel drivers , so i couldnt use my onboard hdmi dvi dp . 

after putting the other gpu i saw that all the usbs worked , i tried everything i could but nothing worked , the only thing that seemed strange is that when i used the other gpu and booted on windows i had some amd updates that just dissapeared , i cant find the driver for r9 , the other rig was amd , my question is if you can give me some advices maybe i can fix it as i dont want to play on a nvidia quadro with 1 gb

The 290 is likely dead. Pretty normal it's over 7 years old at this point
