Is there any Gaming Laptops capable of playing modern tittles at 4K at a minimum of 60fps within a budget of £1000 but also looking like a regular laptop rather than a over the top gaming laptop?

Your best bet is a 1660 To model with a Ryzen 7 4800H

Simply put no. Certain titles are totally playable at 40k 60fps but at best on low as the best spec you'll get for that price is a 1660. Older titles will fair a lot better. For 1000 pounds a zephyrus g14 or g15 would be your best bet.
