Which cpu for RTX 2070?

it's not a bottleneck in this context, the 2600 will be just fine for now, wait for zen 3.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

Agreed. For gaming applications alone, neither the 3600 or the 3700X will be a meaningful upgrade over what you already have. Zen 3 may make the jump worth it. In any case, this is the absolute worst time to buy a new CPU from AMD. You'll either get better with Zen 3 or cheaper once Zen 3 pushes current gen prices down.
