I need a new case, what should i get?

ryujians

What size do you want to have?
Do you need radiator support? Great airflow? Silence optimization?

Without such information we can't really recommend a case.

Just for fun, why not get a cheaper case and get a nice fan controller?

The issue with the question, is that cases are a VERY personal matter, and hard to choose for someone.

Personally, I'd recommend the Define R4 by Fractal Design.

Case: Lian Li PC011-D - CPU: 3900x - GPU: 2080ti Reference - Mobo: Gigabyte - Ram: Corsair 4x16gb 3200MHz - SSD: 2TB Samsung Evo NVME

I am just looking for an all around good case with a windowed side panel and decent watercooling if i decide to build a loop. Also it needs to have good cable management.

Ok then: Clearly Define R4 and Arc Midi R2 are good choices. Great air-cooling performance now and good watercooling support later.

I personally also like the Corsair Carbide 300R but radiator support isn't as great as the one Fractal delivers.

All in all it comes down to personal preference. The cases I recommend typically are all aluminium/steel constructions, but if you're fine with plastic cases you can get great support for radiators and airflow for much cheaper.

Look at the Corsair Vengeance C70 case as reviewed by Linus here:

It comes in 3 different colors, Military Green as reviewed, Black, and Arctic White. The side panel window can be replaced by ordering one from: http://mnpctech.com/mnpctech-clear-case-pc-panels/corsair-c70-window-replacement-clear-fan-holes-120mm/ which I personally did for mine.

+1 Even though its $10 off your budget, it is a great solidly built case with lots of room for cable management and radiators: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-cc9011016ww
