Play and stream above 144fps @ 1080p

My plan is to play and stream competitive games, Battle Royale, mobas, etc. Im not looking to play it at 144fps on ultra, I don't care much about quality.

What I'm thinking of is a ryzen 5 3600 and RX 5600XT, I don't know if it's really worth spending more on the Rx 5700xt and the rtx 2060 and 2060 super to have those additional frames.
