Best value thermal paste?

Helpful Tech Witch

I'm sorry if this goes somewhere else, but I need some new thermal paste, as my PC has had it's thermal paste used in around 3  different PCs. What's the best thermal paste for Less than like 15 dollars?

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

To be honest, most TIM is below $15.

I personally have a load of MX-4 and it's solid. Noctua NT-H1 is good as well as Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut.

MX-4 and NT-H1 both come to mind immediately. Pretty much, if it's any color other than gray or silver and/or it comes in a jar, it's trash.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

Just buy a really big tube for like $20 and never need to buy thermal paste again.

Just make sure to pick the clumps out after couple years.

Or buy a graphite pad that is reusable though I only would recommend it if you reinstall your cooler frequently

It's for increased cooling preformance over 7 year old paste that's been used in 3 PCs I think that it's still better than a pad.
