Strange files that I can’t remove

So I jus made a new build with hdd’s from a previous build, they had steam games on and some irrelevant files, When I finished building and booted up I noticed one hdd was normal and the other has these files I know they’re from steam but there’s not a library folder and the games aren’t named. I went to delete and it says it was like 200gb of stuff but disk management says it’s completely empty and It won’t let me delete the files either it says I need permission from everyone to make changes, how can I get rid of these files? And what’s actually happened here?

You can quick format the drive - that will remove them.

 

Otherwise, you will need to grant yourself permission using the security tab and inheritance (go back to the parent directory).
