Chrome & Firefox Rant

So I'm officially pissed at chrome I've been an avid user of firefox since I switched from IE then I had problems and have been switching from firefox and chrome for a while I completely switched to chrome a month or two ago and then chrome keeps giving me 'aw snap!' with no info no real fix that I can find. I still have a problem with ad block plus so I'm using a no name adblocker because ad block plus would lode everything in html and not show pics so I switched to chrome and kept getting aw snap! so I'm quite annoyed with both FF and Chrome. Why don't you have any documentation on this chrome I mean really? Aw Snap! is so general oh hey chrome is being hipster they said aw snap! can I at least get an error code and some documentation chrome? is that to hard is it? I mean really! and I haven't been able to find out why FF's Ad Block Plus is screwing with HTML. And since I switched to FF it seems so much slower than chrome god damn it why can't these things fix themselves....

Apparently using the browser breaks it... All I did was do that thing where you get madeon's thing for free with the code and I searched something and then I got aw snap! and got aw snap! on the LTT forums..

Save any bookmarks, passwd's etc. and then wipe the profile and start a new one. This is true for both Chrome and Firefox, sometimes the profile files get corrupted and it all goes to hell. Firefox has a reset or function (forget where) that does it but I usually move the profile to another location and restart Firefox/Chrome to generate a new one. Moving it saves the data and you can move back one file at a time to see which one is hosed.

I love IE10 but i stopped using it because developers and web designers will design websites to break if you use IE.

Also got tired of "IE? get a real brower" and having no support for applications simply because people hate it.

I live IE10, and its a nice appealing quick and stable browser, yet everyone else loathes it.

I switched to chrome because i fucking hate FireFox. I had to use firefox when I was working for google. i hate that damn browser with a passion now.

That's true, I use IE 11. Its the fastest browser (on my computer at least) dosnt crash. Loads 99.9% of webpages...

 

FF I got adware on the browser in the first few hours of using it and chrome is slow and crashes a lot.

I've never had a problem with chrome or firefox it's just IE since it crashes all of the time. And Adblock is way better than AdblockPlus.

I've given up on chrome for the most part. A browser should not be that much of a resource hog... Switched to Firefox, took ages to get it working in a reasonable manner and now I only have a few qualms with it. Much more stable than it used to be and having 5 tabs open doesn't lag (I'm looking at you google)
