5700XT vs 2060S vs 2070S

I'm deciding between these builds. First I wanted to choose between the 2070S and 5700xt. Then I read that a 2060S is comparable to the 2070 (non-S) and that RTX ON = FPS OFF, correct me if I'm wrong on those. I made a build for the 5700xt and swapped the GPU for the 2060S. For the 2070S I made a different build where I had to save on the other parts. My budget is €1070. What would be the best option?

unless you need nvec. 5700xt build will be better. 

though the psu is subpart, get a tx550m and that'll be a lot better.

and get a cheaper ssd, this one is overpriced.

The RAM you chose is slower than the 3200mhz cl16 due to the high cl.

Stay away from the QLC drives. The only reason to go there is extra high capacity (4-8TB). You can get better 1TB TLC SSDs.

But speed and timings aren’t the only thing about RAM. ICs and different dies also matter. The ram you chose is 3600 CL19, and the original RAM was 3200MHz CL16, which will have better ics and better latency, which is what performance depends on. 
 

 

that without taking about manual ocing where the 3200mhz kit will hit 3600mhz cl18 pretty easily which is better than the kit you recommended.

tried it myself tho, 3200Mhz C16, IF 1600Mhz vs 3600Mhz C19, IF 1800Mhz
i gained more with 3600C19 IF 1800Mhz over the 3200C16 IF 1600Mhz

but both settings obviously faster than stock :)
