Epic library not showing up?

I have a pc that got a new cpu and motherboard, and i have the same drives. When i go to launch the games manually, or open the epic games library, it doesn't see the games, even thought i can see the files. When i try to launch a game through the files (fortnite) the anti-cheat comes up, then doesn't go past it. Do I really need to reinstall my epic library?

i cant find one, and i do have 100 megabit internet, but fortnite alone could take an hour. I have over 150gb of games id have to reinstal.

I just bit the bullet and started the reinstall

These game sizes are getting ridiculous.

I was off by a  hundred gb. I had almost 250 gb. I wanna put a hole in a wall.
