How much are these parts worth? (UK)

Hey all, this is probably the wrong topic, but it's the closest I could find.

 

I'm building an (almost) completely new PC and my friend has said she'd be interested in buying my previous parts. I was wondering about how much I should ask for as I don't want to overcharge her but I also don't want to be almost giving it away. The parts I have to sell are:

i5 6600k

ASUS B250f OR Z270f

Noctua NH-U14s

ASUS GTX 1060 strix 6GB

Phanteks p400s

Corsair RM1000i

 

Estimates in GBP please :)

6600k - 70-85 GBP

 

Asus B250 - 40-80 GBP

 

Noctua NH-u14s - 40 GBP

 

phanteks p400s - 30-50 GBP

 

Corsair RM 1000i - 125-150 GBP

 

I used Ebay completed listings and looked at the last 5 or sold recently to come up with these prices.
