Hey i am going to build a new pc

So when I was looking for a gpu i found a brand called XFX i never heard of it before and it's so cheap is it a good brand or i should look for a better 

(My budget isn't that much)

Depends on the model. As with 90% of manufacturers, they have both excellent and horrible products.

I am going with the rx580 8gb

I had a XFX 5700XT Raw 2 - it had a bit of fan vibration so I returned it and was told that there was no problem with the card. In the end I sold it and bought a Nitro plus 5700 XT. Make of that what you will.

I do believe their 500 series cards were good since most issues were probably fixed after 400 series since they were mostly same...

Sapphire: Nitro+, Nitro+ SE

 

Tier B High-Midrange (good cooler, decent pcb)

Asrock: Phantom Gaming U, Phantom Gaming X

Asus: (Arez) Dual, Expedition

Gigabyte: Gaming (OC)

MSI: Armor MK2, Gaming (X)

Sapphire: Pulse

XFX: Black, GTR-S, GTS, Black Core, XXX

 

Tier C Midrange (meh cooler, good enough pcb)

Asrock: Phantom Gaming D

Diamond: D5

XFX: Fatboy

 

Tier D Low-Midrange (hot running cards, can be solved with aftermarket cooler)

AMD: Reference blower

MSI: Armor, V1

Sapphire: Pulse ITX

Visiontech: overclocked

yeah, thats undeserved credit when it comes to what i actually put into that list. which was afaik just some proof reading, as what i did was before RDNA.

well i kinda feel a bit "eh" about the lists, as in the end it would just be a written version of what hardware unboxed puts out, with some boards added which carry the same VRM

 

which wouldnt be a bad idea, you would need to email about essentially re-uploading content with the source.
