got any suggestions for what settings i should do and what i should look out for?

Im currently got it to run a stress test for 30 mins, the voltage after 5 mins is min 1.295-1.290 and the max is 1.336-1.344. The temps after 5 mins are min 37 and max 76. Thats Celcius

Using small FFTs? That's the most brutal test you can throw it at, similar to Prime 95. If it's stable there, it should be fine for games.

"Mode - Large data set" is not too intensive, small data set is for maximum heat...

And be ready for a blue screen if large data set gave you 78C

Well 90C is not too good, but if it's stable it's useable somewhat....

Though when the ambient temperature rises there might be some thermal throttling.

I used Small Data sets for 10 mins and this was the result, not sure if its good or not, i know 90C isnt good at all but i feel like it is stable.

That's pretty hot. Try dialing back the OC by 100MHz and the voltage by 25mV. See if it improves thermals since you should aim for 85 max and sub 80 sustained for high load
