USB peripherals lose power for a split second

Hey guys, my brothers keyboard and mouse lose connection for a split second a few times a day, it doesn't cause any problems for windows cause they reconnect on their own after less then a second, but in that time they stop working completely, not just the lighting. Motherboard is a gigabyte Aorus model for amd (don't wanna wake him up now to check what the exact model is but i can if need be), the keyboard is a mechanical hyperX, and the mouse is some random Dragon brand with the cheapo rgb.

No lag on the pc, and no hub, they are plugged in to the back of the motherboard.

Is he running HWInfo in the background?  There was a bug where if under Security or Safety tab, if Asetek/Corsair support was ticked it would cause this issue.

QUOTE ME IN A REPLY SO I CAN SEE THE NOTIFICATION!

When there is no danger of failure there is no pleasure in success.
