Hello,

I bought some used parts and I got everything assembled and I push the power button, the fans will spin and the power LED comes on, but I don't get anything on the monitor. No splash screen saying press delete to enter BIOS. I reset the CMOS with the jumper and the battery and neither worked. Anything else I should try?

The onboard graphics.

Edit: One of the mods can move this to the troubleshooting section. I forgot it was there.

No I do not have a GPU installed. I have the VGA cable hooked up to the motherboard. I have checked the monitor and the cable, they are both working fine.

Anyone have ideas?

Is it rebooting over and over again? Or just staying on.

It is just staying on. There is no boot loop.

Welp, other then alternating the ram, trying one stick at a time and making sure all the cables are plugged in and making sure it is not shorting on the case and the mb is mounted right? Not much you can do. You can try another PSU if you have one.

You just need to eliminate one thing at a time and it helps if you have other hardware. Prob a dead motherboard if everything is plugged in right and alternating ram doesn't work.
