Do you have a display and a decent tablet? I'd say those are far more important. After that, you'd likely want to get a 3700X , 32GB RAM and a 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD.

I have old samsung 20 inch monitor. No tablet

So you'll need a good IPS display with >90% sRGB coverage, >70% Adobe RGB and at least 1000:1 contrast. Brightness - I'd say 250 nits minimum.

As for the tablet, look at a Wacom Intuos M

Well, depends on how much budget you have.

By my rough estimates, when you factor in a good power supply such as a Be Quiet Pure Power Gold/Straight Power Gold or a Corsair TXM/RMx then you probably have enough for a 1660 Ti or 2060

I have a PC around there. Quote me for PC part picker, if you need my opinion. I d say ryzen 7 3800 and rtx 2060 super. For sure an m.2 cause editing needs it, and a nice ips monitor 27"-32"
