KDE with a dock, inconsistent theming, and they are favoring GTK applications for looks in a QT environment. Its just another pointless distribution built on Ubuntu LTS.

Oh, do you mean like 1. Linux Mint, 2. Elementary OS, 3. Zorin OS, 4. KDE Neon, 5. Pop!_OS, 6. Ubuntu Kylin, 7. Linux Lite, 8. Peppermint OS, 9. Lubuntu, 10.  Xubuntu, 11. Kubuntu, 12. Ubuntu Studio, 13. Crunchbang, 14. Edubuntu, 15. gNewSense, and 16. Kali?
