i cant choose betwen the fractal design define r4 black pearl and the 

CM Storm Scout II Advanced Gaming black

I would go with the Define R4. Though I don't own it personally (I have the Bitfenix Shinobi White windowed), it seems to be quite popular here. Also, the handle on the CM storm case looks a bit tacky in my opinion.

The define r4 is great, TONS of people love it to death and swear by it, you can't go wrong with that choice.

It depends, The Define R4 is really nice case but do you want to be a bit different to the crowd? Each one has it's advantages and disadvantages.
