Dual Channel memory kit rated at 3200 MHz won't work right
Go to solution
Solved by Heliian,
Your board and chip won't support over 2666mhz. Check out the specs on the gigabyte website, the i3 is not listed for the xmp profile. There is a reason that chip is on right now for $120cad. I'm rechipping a system right now and it was tempting for the price but I've settled on the i5 9400 as it's much more capable but over twice the price.
