depends on your budget, but imo i will just get a headset with a good mic and be happy

Is it broken? As it seems like that would be fine.

 

Some open box Arctis 7 wireless shouldn't be more than $100 and it's mic is fine.

If you're happy with what you have, just keep it. If not, I always recommend the Cooler Master MH-751 or MH-752.
