You don't have to step down in the CPU, you should be able to grab a card from the EVGA B stock website for that.

No need for a Z87 motherboard if you're getting a non K processor, just grab an H87 board instead.

oh ok, perfect, i can stop freaking out that there wasn't one in the build haha. everything looks fine to me, just do what the others have been suggesting and try to get a higher graphics card.

Haha, how can we live without hhd's plenty of storage. But i was just wondering isnt gtx760 able to handle games perfectly because i am not trying to get the best settings but just high will be fine.

you would probably be fine with the 760, but get a 770 and you'll probably be able to get a longer and more powerful use out of it

Is the 8320 about the same performance as the i5

its an 8core instead of a 4core, base frequency is 3.5 compared to the i5s 3.2, thermal power is 125w instead of intels 84w. in my opinion, it should be at least equal, if not better. youd just need to find a new mobo

No. However, in a gaming rig the gpu is much more important.

As others have suggested, there is no need for a Z87 based motherboard if you are not getting an unlocked cpu. Nor do you need an aftermarket cooler. The stock cooler will do a good job. A GTX 770 would also be a good addition.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
