1650 low gpu usage pls help

Hi guys Im Having alot of troubles whne it comes to playing, my fps drop and sttutering are very annoying. gpu usage at dota 2 stucks only at 11% and CPU usage at 100%. but based on benchmarks on youtube i see i5 4590 + gtx 1650 is jsut fine. Please help.I only get 40-60 fps. In dead by daylight I also get 100% cpu usage and just 20% gpu. I dont know if theres something wrong with my CPU. But in benchmarks on youtube is very different. Please help thank you.

The 4590 is not the same as 4590s, the CPU you have is less powerful.

The i5 4590S is a huge bottleneck.

 

Are you able to upgrade to an i like the 4770K or 4790K?

Well your cpu is a haswell chip ( meaning it lacks ipc)  and it's only a 4c/4t chip. One cheap option. Is that you can get a 4770 and that'll be a whole lot better.
