CM Front USB 3.0 Headers not working.

So I gave my friend the case 'Cooler Master Storm Enforcer' and put his all rig in there. I also put the USB3.0 header in the side of the motherboard where it says to go (Z87 G45 from MSI) and then rebooted the computer.

I plugged in a USB in the front USB 3.0 ports and they don't seem to work.

 

Help here would be wonderful, thanks.
