unable to load windows

HI, build my first PC and able to get to the bios. However noted the the boot debug LED is still on. I have used the thumb drive to load windows but nothing happens when i plug in my thumb drive or when i restart it while pressing F11. 

 

Able to advise?

have you tied inserting the pendrive to a different ports?
try changing from UEFI to LEGACY+UEFI boot

unable to locate my thumb drive, have changed it to all the available usb ports

I would first try rapiddly tapping f11 while its booting up, not pressing. to test the direct boot options. ( i would also try Esc/F10/F12 keys)

 

The other possibility is that the usb is not been setup properly. Make sure that the usb is formatted on Fat32.

Then rerun the windows media creation tool to setup the usb.
