developed coil whine

Hello guys so I wanna ask you what's the difference between a developed gpu coil whine( after a while of using )  and a gpu with coil whine from the first time 
is there any differences? ? 
I got my coil whine after 10 months of using is thar normal 
is there the same hope that it can get better by time ? 
because I heard a lot of guys saying that there coil whine got better by time but it was there from the beginning unlike mine it suddenly  developed so the question is there the same chances for mine to get better ?
