Windows oem g2a key

i have recently bought a G2A windows oem key and the key doesnt work. but i was told by G2A that i need to do it differently for oem keys. what do i do?

Sorry but we cannot help you with this issue.

You need to work something out with the seller.

Microsoft might help but I doubt it since you did not buy the key through official methods.
