I stupidly left my graphics card on my window seal and it may have got a little wet at some point. I'm quite new to PC building. If I put the graphics card in a pc to test if it works, is there a chance it can break the rest of the PC?

Just wait until it's 100% dry everywhere.

Yes it could damage other components if you don't leave it to thoroughly dry first. If you have the resources and expertise (I know you said you're new) you may want to dismantle the card as water that has been left to soak on a PCB can cause corrosion at the solder joints as it dries if it isn't dried quickly.

I won't be needing the card for long anyway, just until I get a new one in like and month or two. Will this be ok?

Wait until it’s completely dry (around a week) then it should be fine to use.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.
