No wireless macro keyboards?

I've been looking into products like the streamdeck and various 50$ mini keyboards but many of them are MicroUSB. You would think I'd be able to find some dinky bluetooth one or ideally a wireless one with a proprietary dongle, at least on kickstarter or something.

 

Why isn't this a thing?

Well something like a streamdeck with customizable icons uses a display which needs power, so it would probably only last a couple of hours on battery which nobody would be interested in...

Not an off the shelf thing, but custom boards might have what you are looking for?

There was also software that you could use on an old Mobile/Tablet to have a Grid of Macros on a touchscreen effectively, can't recall the name of it though.

Received a link in a newsletter a couple of days ago about a guy who made one with small Chinese OLED screens as well, but can't seem to find it anymore... wired too though.
