Samsung Galaxy A20 WiFi and Bluetooth Not Working

So recently I had bought a new Samsung GalaxyA20, everything was working fine on it until one day my bluetooth and wifi suddenly stopped working, I’ve tried a soft reset, factory reset and a hard reset to no avail. Can anyone help?  I can’t find anything online related to this.

Yeah I also forgot to mention that AirPlane mode doesn’t even work either. I talked to Samsung customer service and I have to bring my phone in for it to serviced.
