Help plz computer not working

Right so built my first computer 2 days ago. Worked perfectly fine no issues. Today I installed some new fans. Turned it off and unplugged it from the mains before installing anything. Once finished I plugged it back in, it sorta turned on for a second and turned off and now when I press the on switch nothing happens. Why has this happened what can I do to fix it?
