Best gpu for 200euros

Hello, i want to upgrade my pc and i currently want to buy a gpu. My budget is about 200euros and for that amount in my country i can get the "Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 6GB OC" or something similar.My cpu is currently ryzen 3 2200g but im going to buy a ryzen 5 pretty soon. So which card do you recommend for about that price? Also my psu is 450w and i dont know if that is going to be a problem, if it is im going to buy a new one i just want the best gpu i can get with my budget.

I mean, if you want value a used GTX 1070 should out preform a 1660. I wouldn't go any greater than that, there's no point in throwing an 80 series at a Ryzen 5

You would need to get a better psu before upgrading your gpu and cpu. I would go with something like a 5600xt,5500xt or a 2060 super.

How do you know that without knowing what PSU it is ?

Wattage isn't quality and it never was.

its a corsair cx 450M although i just want to get a better gpu than the igpu i already have at the moment even if it is going to be bottlenecked by my cpu right now

More than enough juice and is a pretty good psu.

Check for a used 1070 if you want to go that route 

If you can maybe stretch the budget a bit and get a 1660 super 

Or just save up and get a 580/ 1650 super ( the 1650 super being a 1660 with a smaller frame buffer).
