Pc starts but shuts down moments later

I just took the cpu cooler off but the cpu was attached to it and r7 1700 and stock cooler.

After separating the 2 i put the cpu alone in the socket and started the pc but after showing me the motherboard logo where it asks u to press some f keys to go to bios or w.e it shuts down instead of going to Windows

Hello,

When you say alone, do you mean there is no CPU cooler on it?

Since the CPU came with the cooler, you may have bent a pin from the CPU so you may want to check that.

Do what @Meganter said and check again for any bent pins if possible

Try if you are able to post for a bit longer to use memtest86 to make sure it's not a ram problem

Use 1 stick a time.

And as I said
