13 routers on same network

Hi, i am going to be owner of a business where there is 12 little houses linked together with a 13th building for visitors. I want to have 1.5gbs internet speed and connect 13 routers onto it. My goal is that every little house has a router and 5% of total internet speed, which in this case would be 75mbs and 13th building would have the rest of the speed. What do i need to buy, to be able to put 13 routers on same network and split the speed between them. Thanks in advance!

In regards to this, do you want the entire house to have 5% of the speed or each client to have 5% of the speed?

Don't get this, get a udm pro. much better, not much more money. Those are pretty old not great units for now

Right, I'm not big into the whole networking sort of thing, but when I had my unifi access points set up you can get a lot finer control over how things are handled with it, so that's why I recommend it. They all talk to each other, and use the same web interface that's easy to understand and use.

the udm pro is just there newer model of router, and much more capable than the usg pro. It still supports the same access points, and has a controller built in.
