Posted July 4, 2020 Hi Ich Just built my PC and everything was fine until I tried to run warzone, which led to a black screen and when I tried to switch and connect the HDMI cable from the gpu to motherboard the CPU cooler fan and case fan stopped working ... Now the gpu does not give any signal but the lights on motherboard are on... CPU: ryzen 5 3600. Gpu: rx5700xt III ultra Thicc. Posted July 9, 2020 I have almost the same card ( the raw II) and besides all the driver issues at least when it comes to that game (COD Warzone), from what i gathered it is just optimized like dog shit. I get the same black screens from time to time like for example when i go to the gun armory tab to change my load out , a lot of times it will go black but i can still hear the game playing . When i exit that menu the screen will come back . Or another thing you can try is when it goes black , Alt+tab and see if that makes your display come back on . If that is a no go then when it goes black try pressing your monitors menu button and see if it comes back on . It might have something to do with your settings inside the radeon adrenaline software so check those settings as well. Lastly does your monitor have AMD free sync ; check if its on/off on your monitors menu (check your actual monitors menu , not on the pc but the screen itself) and then check if its on/off in the global monitor settings in the adrenaline software .
