Need help deciding

i finnaly decided to build a new pc,

My current PC:
CPU: i5 -6500
MOBO: Z170 ( yeah i know i wanted to upgrade)
GPU: R9 390
RAM: HyperX 2133MHz
PSU: Corsair CX650M
SSD: Crucial 64gb 
HDD: WD 1TB Cavier
CASE: Deepcool Kendomen
Monitor: BenQ GW2470

 

but can't decided between two configuration that i made. Please note that PC parts are a little limited at the moment in my country.
First 
CPU:  Ryzen 3700x        356$

CPU Cooler:Gamer Storm Castle 360RGB V2      141$

MOBO:MSI X570 Gaming Edge      244$

RAM:Trident Z RGB NEO 2x8gb 3600MHz      135$

GPU: MSI RTX 2080 Super Gaming Xt Trio         959$

SSD: Samsung M.2 NVMe 970 EVO 1 TB        256$

CPU: Ryzen 3700x              356$

CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster ML240R       113$

MOBO: Asus Rog Strix B550-F    225$

RAM:A-Data 2x8gb XPG Spectrix D60G 3600MHz   137$

GPU: ROG Strix RX5700XT O8G Gaming   602$

PSU: Cooler Master V650 Gold     143$

SSD: Samsung M.2 NVMe 970 EVO 1 TB    256$

CASE: Asus TUF GT501 TUF Gaming  143$

Monitor: ROG Strix XG32VQR Curved   652$

In all countries, pre-covid stocks are diminishing.

 

- Get a corsair PSU

- That B550 is very expensive, X570 ftw.

- Add some HDD, 3 or 4TB, 1tb ssd won't be enough.

streaming? if not then go amd. also i wouldn't go with the 2080 super. change either for 2080 or 2070 super. you will get lesser fps boosts with the 2080 super. that extra money is better spent elsewhere.

There are no Corsair PSU 's available at the moment
i have one 1TB HDD plus that i can add to the system
My main problem is too choose between MSI and ASUS,

I have a capture card so that i think is not a problem. I never used a NVIDIA card so dont know how to that works. So thank you.
But sadly there are no 2080 cards in stock and wont be for a long time

Both are good brand, but for that much money i think you should get the better one.

Specification and Performance wise both mobo are in same level. One being a slight cheaper than the other, we get almost identical output from both . But being more latest, i would prefer to have Asus ROG Strix B550-F for my build.
