shouldn't this be faster?????????

Go to solution Solved by zeusthemoose,

Sounds like your issue is you aren’t getting the performance you expected, is that right?

sorry also i got a samsung 27 inch curved monitor its got freesync thing its 144 htz still dont know what that means

144hz means it will refresh what it is showing 144 times every second. This means that 144fps is the most frames per second you can show. FreeSync allows the monitors refresh rate to change so it matches with the number of frames your computer is spitting out. So if your computer is at 100fps, it will refresh the monitors picture 100 times every second instead of 144.

Welcome to the forum!

Not trying to be rude here but the lack of punctuation and clarity makes it very hard to understand what your issue is.

Can you please clarify the issue, you are saying the computer is slow, how so? Under what circumstances do you think it is slow? What are you comparing this to?

Awesome thank you for responding man so I downloaded the software for the graphics card but all the settings for like the texture and the resolution for my screen and puts on the game I really don't understand but everything I do seems to make it worse I downloaded the ryzen overclock app but I couldn't figure out how to watch it even after the video that dude made from linustechtips I'd like watch videos with people that have most of my components and their computers run way faster and everything looks nicer I have a really expensive but not really expensive but it was like a $300 almost screen and I put maybe 1500 into the computer if you add in the little things that aren't major components and my Xbox runs the games I played better it just feels super like I wasted a bunch of my money and time just from really not knowing what I'm doing I'm wondering if there's a service thakin like remote service your computer like how Microsoft can go in and fix stuff for or Apple can go in and fix stuff in real time on your electronics like is there something like a company that go in and configure everything in my computer the right way

Of course it will be at LTT video that tells me exactly what I need I've only seen 2 seconds of it and then I stopped to send this but the last thing I would ask is I got at first a 4gig 1650 super card mind you this is all within a week then I took that back and I got a 5500 XT card 8 gig and finally yesterday I took that back and got for couple extra more dollars $100 I got the 5700 XT it's powercolor though all the videos I've seen say get the sapphire it's just supposed to be I guess a more quality version of it and it'll only be another 50 bucks

what fps were you expecting vs what are you getting? what tells you it's slow? is there stutter? color off? resolution issues? just saying an xbox runs better says absolutely nothing of meaning.

so in the amd app it said i was averaging 43 fps in warzone and 35 in apex

What resolution and graphics settings?

Lower graphics settings and resolution. And remove FPS limiters in game if you have any active

i think your problem is the drivers. Use ddu to remove all old gpu drivers and Install the newest ones only. Follow this guide:

Is this after using ddu or did it just happened on its own? Also, use something to show your fps when in game instead of relying on the average from the amd app.
