headset for phonecalls

i've been looking around for a good headset for my phone which is the pixel 3 xl. I'll be using it for work i'd like it to be wireless, both ears, and noise cancellation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I don't really have any frame of reference.

my bose qc headphones are pretty awesome for phone calls. i'd recommend those

I use these with my gaming machine, MacBook and phone. They sound good, have great battery life and are Bluetooth.
