Trying to build a budget PC that can run Modern Warefare on a 144Hz monitor with any lag. Is this possible?, and if so what Parts you anyone recommend?

From what I have seen, to get around 140-150fps average at 1080p in Modern Warfare (the newest one), you need to get a 5700XT/2070 Super or better.

It's probably best to make a thread in the appropriate sub forum: https://linustechtips.com/main/forum/18-new-builds-and-planning/

Be sure to 'fill out' the details, as those can help people give recommendations (like an actual budget, resolution you want to play at, etc.)
