Pure wings 2 or silent wings 3 which is better for rad and which is better for case fans? 

 Never bought be quiet fans before sorry.

If you want to save a few $ go for Arctic P12 PWM fans. They are in the same performance class as Noctua, while also being as quiet as BeQuiet. BeQuiet fans are not made for radiator use.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
