I am getting to rx 5700 xt, but I need to decide by who. I have heard that radeon cards run hot and loud so i want to make sure i get the right one. For now its between the

I'd personally vote Sapphire, they always make excellent quality cards while XFX recently has had a tendency to prioritize blingy plastic over performance. That said the real problem card was the Thicc II, but I'm not sure exactly how much of an improvement the III is.
