What should I upgrade first for streaming?

Hello world, I was a Mixer streamer (bye bye mixer) and now I am going on twitch. I already upgraded my stream from 720p to 1080 60fps and I think this is fine. With my ryzen 5 3600 it's working fine with no dropped frames, I did a 7 hours stream and I got only 600 dropped frames. Later I want to upgrade it. Should I upgrade my gpu first or add some ram? I have 16GB 3200mhz ddr4 ram and a Rx580 8GB gpu.

I'd say GPU.

If you were to upgrade now, I'd recommend the 2070 Super, but I'd advise you wait for Nvidia to release their Ampere GPUs later this year.

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+
