division 2 i get high fps usage like 100 ive done everything could it be my hardware ? my temps are fine have a water cooler

 

 

specs rtx 2070,i7 9700k,16g ram 2400hmz,1t ssd

I mean 100 seems fine to me

While yes Intel doesn't benifit as much from memory speed compared to ryzen 

It will still benifit 

Try upping the vccio/vccsa to 1.1 and try 2666 or 2933 

But numbers seem fine to me

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

What resolution ? Something around 80% is expected at 1080p in this game, but higher than this only on very old monitors with 900p or even less. 

 

Maybe some malware or something like this too. Both can contribute to 100% CPU usage.

I play at 1080P got an asus strix curved 27inch screen

Reading again, what you mean when you say high fps usage. 100% CPU usage or 100% GPU usage? Or high fps?

I play at 1080P 144hz I get 100 cpu usage in the task manger while playing division 2 I dont know if its cause of my Ram speed im clueless

100% CPU usage? Task Manager is not a reliable source of data. Use MSI Afterburner.

 

Anyway, 100% CPU usage on 9700k is not expected at 1080p.
