Q!)what all stuff should i upgrade for heavy gaming and video editing?

Q2)any possibilities of upgrading  the cpu?

The only things you can upgrade are RAM and storage on a laptop, you can't upgrade the GPU or the CPU. As for RAM, even that depends on your exact laptop: some laptops have soldered-on RAM and no free SO-DIMM-slots. Replacing the HDD with an SSD wouldn't give a higher FPS in games and it wouldn't do anything for video-editing, either.

Basically, either buy a beefier laptop or a proper desktop, if you want upgrades.

Do you plan to edit with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve? Premiere favors CPU while DaVinci favors GPU. However, upgrading your RAM will improve editing performance, and 16GB is the standard for 1080p H.264 editing, with some people using 32GB, which is the standard for 4K video, with many using 64GB. You should use an eGPU nonetheless (even if you still use a 2060), since desktop cards are always more powerful than mobile chips.

No, you cannot upgrade the CPU in a laptop (apart from some very specific models)
