want to upgrade my pc to ryzen 3700x and need help

Budget (including currency): 1300$ us

Country: Qatar

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  it will used for gaming only

Other details (case will use  corsair spec 02 . will use my old power supply its 650w .  and 1060 gpu  .)  I AHVE 1080P MONITOR ALSO .

 

 

want to buy  RYZEN 3700X  AND ATX MOTHERBOARD LIKE ASUS X570 TUF GAMING PLUS WIFI IF POSSIBLE . 16 GB RAM 3200 MHZ .    AND NEED GOOD AIR COOLER .

 

 

NEED BEST RECOMMENDATION  .  WILL BUY ALL PARTS ONLINE FROM AMAZON OR NEWEGG  OR ANY OTHER WEBSITE WHICH SHIP TO DOHA QATAR .

Yes. Any cooler made for amd or both intel and amd within the last few years will work

i mean it will fit  in spec 02 case ? as i hear these cooler are taller and will not fit inside spec 02  case ?
