GPU or screen issue?

Dear fellas,

 

This is my first post. I've had the following issue for the past months:

 

When I boot up my pc, rainbow colored lines appear on my screen that tend to obscure it. After 90 seconds they disappear and everything works perfectly. What is the problem? How do you think I can fix it?

 

GPU: Asus RTX 2070

Monitor: Samsung LC24FG 144hz
