is this whilst using the computer

or is it only when turning it on.

because i have a similar problem sometimes and i've been reccomended a bios update (if possible) that could fix it

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.

you could start with a full windows reset and see if that works.

is there a possibility that my M.2 is faulty??

Doubt it. You would still be able to get to bios

i m thinking of a new windows boot in my hard disk to check weather my m.2 is faulty

you can try that, which would rule out the m.2 as an issue.

otherwise try contacting the place you bought your computer from (if it's under warrenty you could have them figure out what the problem is and fix it for you for free)
