Get 8 more gigabytes of ram. That should help in most games.

Outside of that I would say upgrade to 4th gen ryzen when it releases. Your GPU is still good enough for 1080p.

Case: InWin 303 Motherboard: Asus TUF X570-Plus Processor: Ryzen R9-3900x GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3070 Ram: 32 GB DDR4 3000 MHZ

PSU: Corsair CX750M Storage: 1TB Intel 660p NVME SSD and a 2TB Seagate 7200RPM HDD Mouse: Logitech G600 Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 HeadphonesSteelseries Arctis 7 Audio: Shure PGA58 with a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen

I'd just wait for AM5. Your PC is decent, if you want a boost you could grab a better GPU when they release them.

Biggest thing will be a GPU upgrade. What's your budget? Maybe a 2060 super. Probably a better CPU as well but since you plan 6 months to upgrade you could always get a CPU later if you think you need it. As for ram I'd get at least 16 gigabytes of 3200mhz ram. You could go with a different motherboard but that's mostly just preference.
