Anyone know how to run minecraft off of a usb drive so i can switch it between my 2 pcs and just play

You could try copying all of the game files onto it. I have no idea if that will work but it's the only way i think sounds plausible.

Is there a reason you can't just download it on both PCs? It's not a very large game. If you can't, maybe just get a small cheap SSD and use that? I don't know about USB.

it should work but the usb drive will be a bottleneck it may not go above 30 fps as the map may not even load
